New Presidential Canidates!

I received an emergency communication from the Arbiter today. Master Chief and the Arbiter were viewing the available candidates for this years election and though that the people of America needed a better choice of candidates. They therefore decided to throw their hat into the ring. So the Arbiter wanted me to announce Master Chief is running for president in 2008, though Arbiter not only stated that he was not only his vice presidential candidate, but also his campaign manager since he would have screwed it up if left to his own resources. I know it's a late announcement, but here is the first campaign photo for this new and upcoming candidate, more to come soon.
