Bow Bound: No Bowl, Bowl

Yeah, apologies for not getting the Advocare 1,000 Independence Bowl simulated and posted on here.  With it being the holidays I was extremely busy and didn't have the time to get a game going and post the results.  With that I will quickly update the tally and let you know what bowl games are next plus a change in the forumla.  So with Southern Miss winning the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl that places me now at 4-3.  After tonight I will add another column to that as a representative of a forfeited game.  I am now 4-3-1.  Let's hope that final number doesn't go up.  Anyways, the next bowl games coming up are tomorrow night and are the Belk Bowl and the Little Caesars Bowl.  The latter is Western Michigan (a team which Illinois is familiar with) against Purdue (yet another team which Illinois is familiar with.)  The former is Louisville against North Carolina State.

The change in formula that I was talking about earlier is I will now be using only six month old data instead of two year old data.  What I'm saying is I got NCAA Football '12 for Christmas and that will hopefully make these sims a little more realistic.  Plus it has all of this years' bowl games as places to play at.  Which is great!  Less work for me in the long run.  Who knows I might even take my old simulations and run them through this game and see if the results end up being different.
Making this post short as just an explanation as to why there was no prediction for tonight's game, again sorry for that.  With that said when I'm not playing football, I'll be getting all stabby with zombies on Dead Island.  Enjoy!
